A simple way to test your correct grip size is hold your tennis racquet using the contiental grip , your finger tips will wrap all the way to your palm. If the grip is correct you should be able to fit the index finger of your other hand in between the palm and your finger tips . If you can fit the index finger and another figure in as well you can be sure you need a small

er grip . If you cannot fit the index finger in between the grip needs to be larger  .

Nowadays an over grip can bulk up a grip that is too small and you can get excellent textures on them as well. For example there are super absorbent, tacky grips, grooved grips all are very good at absorbing sweat and keeping the grip slightly sticky so the racquet doesn’t move about unnecessarily  .
