How To Prevent Injuries During Training 

Injuries, no matter how small can hamper your progress in the gym. A little niggle in your shoulder or a muscle strain can prevent you from training at full intensity, or even training at all.

All of us get an injury at some point, but knowing how to prevent them, or the best to way recover from them will make sure we spend the least amount of time out of the gym as possible.
