So many of you are making exercise and eating right so much more difficult than it has to be. You keep coming up with excuse after excuse and making it hard. It does not have to be that hard, you just have to do it.

Don’t try to do everything all at once. Make small steps and take small victories. Then with each victory you can progress to the next level. If you have never exercised before a day in your life then start with maybe one or two days a week. From that point, you can increase your

number of days to three, four, five, or even six days a week.

If you need to make changes in your eating habits, do the same thing with small changes. For example, if you eat a lot of fast food, then cut back a meal at a time to where you no longer have the craving. If you make these small changes then you will no feel as if it is a difficult process to change your lifestyle.

Besides what really matters is the fact that you are doing something for your overall health. It is a matter of taki

If you never have exercised before, start slowly and build up from that point. Don’t worry about what others are doing around you. ly reduced. Keep track of your progress so you know where to make the necessary changes and where you are doing well. This is supposed to be fun, so keep it that way! Consider keeping a journal for both exercise and food intake.

As you become more in the habit and know what is required of your body, then you probably won’t need to maintain the journals in the same capacity as when you first begin. However, I still would recommend that you keep a exercise schedule. I have been doing this for many years, and to this very day I still write a monthly calendar for my workouts.

As long as you are doing something, it is better than doing nothing at all. So just make sure that you do something. Once you develop the habit, you will get to the point where you will miss it. I know at this point, that sounds completely insane to you, but I promise that it is true.

If you want to build muscles and get a better body then I really recommend Vince delmonte’s No-Nonsence muscle building: It is the best muscle building System and it has been highly recommend all over the world as an revolutionary System.
